How storage fits into a small-load move.
How long can items be stored?
Most between-homes storage is a few days to a few weeks. Student summer storage is typically May through August. Tell us your target delivery date and we will hold accordingly.
Where is the storage facility?
Our storage is in the New York metro area. This keeps pickup simple for the north end of the corridor and lets us load your items onto the next southbound departure.
Is storage insured?
Standard liability coverage applies while your items are in our care. If you need full replacement value, ask us for a certificate or third-party valuation when you book.
Can I access my items while they are stored?
Storage is not open for self-access. If you need specific items before delivery, tell us at pickup and we can plan partial release or repacking.
How is the price calculated?
Storage is billed by the week and bundled with your move quote. The total depends on volume, how long you hold, and the delivery destination. Everything is in the booking card before you share a phone number.
