How shared-load departures work.

Do I share the van with other customers?

Yes. The van carries several small loads on the same trip. Each load is kept separate, inventoried and delivered to its own address.

Can I choose the exact delivery date?

You choose the pickup date. Direct Express delivers in 1–3 days; Shared Load in about 5–7 days, depending on other stops. We confirm the window after booking.

What happens if a trip is full?

If your preferred date fills up, we offer the next available departure or a dedicated small truck at a different rate.

Do you run on weekends?

Yes for New York metro — Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The van leaves Monday. In Florida we deliver Wednesday; return loads leave Thursday.
