The same rate card the booking card uses — width × height × length in inches × 0.015, medium box $70 flat, order minimum $150.
South Florida drops price at distance zone D on the rate card; Jacksonville at zone C. Stairs, long carries, and extra stops are quoted per the rate card before you book — the contract price does not move after that.
